My approach to supervision.

Supervision should be a place you can bring your real clinical work, the stuck cases, the countertransference, the moments you're not sure you handled well, and get thoughtful, direct feedback without feeling judged.

I've been practicing for over twelve years across outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings, with deep experience in substance abuse, addictions, mood disorders, and relational dynamics. I bring that breadth to supervision, along with a practical focus on what actually helps clients.

My style is warm but honest. I'll tell you what I think, and I'll always leave space for you to develop your own voice as a clinician.
