I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. Over twelve years of practice, I've worked in adult outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs, with extensive experience treating substance abuse and addictions of various kinds.
Every person has the capacity for positive growth and useful self-discovery. In our sessions, we'll explore your thoughts and feelings, uncover what truly matters to you, and work on establishing boundaries that actually hold. My aim is to create a warm space where you can express yourself authentically and move toward a life that feels like yours.
I love being a therapist, and I look forward to the work that we'll do together.
We can work on these together, in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental way. Start with a free 15-minute call, no pressure, no forms, just a conversation to see if we'd be a good fit.
If your plan isn't listed, send a quick message, I'll check whether we can still work together.
A real clinical process, not a form-mill. California law (AB 468) requires an established client-provider relationship of at least 30 days before an ESA letter can be issued, so we'll do the work properly.
